2. Safety: As per WebMD, both treatments involves a certain risk. But this risk compounds a bit in the penile implants.
3. User Experience: Both penile implants and surgeries have audiences. Men have preferred both penis pumps and penile implants. And there are no inherent biases regarding anyone.

Everyone has a different body structure and different requirements. Thereby people have different opinions about the two options. But people prefer both as per their body needs and their sexual goals.
